Rios Applied AI is built by an operator who worked inside regulated financial services, so confidentiality and data discipline are designed in, not bolted on. This is a technology-vendor data-handling statement, not legal advice — the full reference is available for your compliance or IT team on request.
Where data lives
Client data is stored in a dedicated Supabase database in the U.S., isolated per engagement. Portable and exportable to you at any time.
AI models
We use enterprise/API tiers that don't train on your data. We minimize what any model sees and never send sensitive records to a model without your explicit, scoped approval.
Access
Least-privilege access with 2FA on every system. As a solo studio, Richard is the sole handler of client data; access is documented.
Confidentiality
NDA available on request. Your data is never shared, resold, or used for any other client.
Compliance
We build to fit within your regime — SEC/FINRA, state bar, applicable privacy law. You remain the compliance authority; your compliance/IT signs off on tools and data flows.
Offboarding
On request or at engagement end, we export your data to you and delete our copies.
